With IPD focusing on collaboration to produce better results, Lean methods go hand in hand to further optimize process. This workshop will take Lean tools including the last planner system, Agile, and Scrum, and exemplify how to implement such systems into your project.

This workshop will cover the logistics and detail of setting up a bulletproof IFOA agreement for all parties, covering how to get everyone in the room, how to determine incentives, and key aspects of the contract. Hear the pros and cons from a rounded perspective, and learn how to improve your process.
